Magnolia Lakes is located at the corner of Sarno Road and Eau Gallie Blvd. in Melbourne, Florida just 1 mile east of Interstate 95.

Magnolia Lakes is a 220 home community including three common lakes, a community pool, a full basketball court, a picnic area, and a single entrance with access from Sarno Road or Eau Gallie Blvd. Use all common areas is free to association members.

The community is located close to shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, entertainment venues, beaches, lakes, parks, and the airport. We are also around an hour away from popular locations such as Disney World, Sea World, the Kennedy Space Center, and the Brevard Zoo.
