It’s that time of year again.  The 2013 Budget has been approved and the 2013 Assessment Notice has arrived in our mailbox. The 2013 assessment is $250.00 and is due on January 1, 2013.

Our goal this year is to have every home owner pay their assessment on or before this day.

This will save the HOA from having to send out costly reminder notices.  We would rather spend money on community events instead of postage. So please mail your assessment today.

If you’ve lost your paper notice, you can print the PDF file linked above, or you can mail your check to Space Coast Property Management at the address below.

Be sure and include your name and street address so you receive proper credit.
