With the approach of Summer, the Board would like to remind everyone of the pool rules.   The pool is Community property so we all need to work together to keep it safe and keep it clean.

• Hours: Dawn to Dusk
• For Use by Residents and Guests Only
• Bathing Limit 32 Persons
• Shower Before Entering Pool
• No Animals in Pool Area
• No Food or Drink in Pool Area
• Children Under 16 Must be Accompanied by an Adult
• No Running, Pushing, or Undue Rough Play
• Appropriate Bathing Attire Required
• Warning – No Lifeguard On Duty
• Emergency Assistance 911
• No Glass in Pool Area

Our janitor has reported that some of the rules above are being violated by residents.  The gate has been found propped open on more than one occasion.  This is violation of city ordinances and can result in the pool being closed.   Bottles and other trash are being left lying around to become a hazard to other residents and their children.

These problems cannot be tolerated, and we ask that ALL of  the rules be obeyed at ALL times.  Residents found in violation may be asked to surrender their pool key, and prohibited from using community facilities.
