Edit:  On February 22, Melbourne City Council voted against the relocation of the Daily Bread to to the Sarno Road site.  Record of the vote appears on pages 25 and 26 of the meeting minutes (pdf).

Everyone in the community must be aware of the “Daily Bread” campus that is going to be built on Sarno Road, east of the recycling center and almost opposite the dog track.  This has been in the local news for weeks if not months, due to the protests of Melbourne residents to the relocation of the facility from US1 to this area.  There are some in our community that feel that this will suppress our property values and increase crime in Magnolia Lakes.  Some disagree.  The HOA board would like to make it clear that this is not an issue for the HOA but for individual citizens and homeowners.  For this reason we would like to inform those interested parties that a city meeting with town council is scheduled for Tuesday Feburary 22 at 630 PM.  Meeting will be held at City Hall at 900 Strawbridge Avenue.
