By now all homeowners should have received the 2011 Annual Assessment notice by U.S. mail. Assessments pay for important things like landscaping, property taxes for common areas, and pool maintenance–to name just a few.

The $250.00 Assessment is due January 1, 2011 and payable not later than February 28, 2011.  Please be reminded that any Assessment not paid within 30 days of the due date is subject to collection per the Enforcement Provisions found in Article VI, Section 2 of the Association Documents.
