Board of Directors

Our elected Board of Directors meetings are announced by a sign at the entrance to Magnolia Lakes posted at least 7 days prior to the meeting. They also have an annual meeting where the homeowners association members elect their board members and vote on amendments to the covenants.

Architectural Review Committee

Magnolia Lakes is a deed restricted community where changes to the exterior of homes may require board approval through our architectural review committee. This link gives you a form to send to the board to request a architectural change.
