Common Areas

Magnolia Lakes is a 220 home community including common areas such as three lakes, a community pool, full court basketball court, picnic area, and a single entrance with access from Sarno Road or Eau Gallie Blvd. Use of our common areas is free to association members.

Magnolia Lakes is located at the corner of Sarno Road and Eau Gallie Blvd in Melbourne Florida just 1 mile east of I-95.

 The community is located close to shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, entertainment venues, beaches, lakes, parks, and the airport. We are also around an hour away from popular locations such as Disney World, Sea World, the Kennedy Space Center, and the Brevard Zoo.
